Delivery Info

All orders are fulfilled and delivered by E-KOSHER SHOP, 10 Esopou 10554 Athens Greece.

The online order confirmation will include the total amount of your order and the shipping fee. We will contact you if a product is out of stock or if there's an extra shipping charge due to remote location.

Minimum Order Amount

There is no minimum order amount.

Online Orders Processing & Delivery Time

Processing and delivery time for orders is 3 working days. Orders can be placed even more in advance and will be delivered on the required date. If you need kosher food in less than 3 days, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Handling Fee

• Pick up in store (Central Athens): Free
• Delivery in Athens (Central Athens): €7
• Delivery in Athens (Athens Suburbs): €15-30
• Ship to most locations and islands in Greece (including Mykonos): €50
• Ship to Santorini or Crete: €70

The shipping fee will be automatically calculated upon entering the address in the order process. Shipping costs might be higher for remote locations. Please note that the automatic system might be inaccurate for rare destinations; if a mistake occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders containing beer or wine

If your order includes alcoholic beverages, the person receiving the delivery must present identification proving they are over 18.

Cancellation & Return Policy

You can cancel your order and request a refund up to 3 days before the dispatch date of your order.

Returns will be accepted when:

• We sent you the wrong item.
• The item you received was spoiled, damaged, or in bad condition.

For a refund to be processed, we must receive the problematic item back. Call us immediately (on the same day) with your order number to notify us and email us a picture of the wrong/spoiled/damaged item. Freeze or refrigerate the item (if perishable, even if it's spoiled or half empty). We will send our driver to pick it up or inform you about the rest of the process.

Delivery days and times

Delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Jewish Holidays. Although we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, here are the regular delivery times for a few popular locations:

• Athens: Usually during morning hours.
• Crete: During morning hours.
• Mykonos: Between 14:00-16:00.
• Santorini: Between 16:00-18:00.

Delivery Areas

In most locations, we can deliver your order directly to your hotel. These places include Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, Corfu, and more. However, there are locations where we can only send your order to a pick-up station. For example:

• In the area of Pylion, we can send up to Volos.
• In the area of Zagoria villages, we can send up to Ioannina.
