FAQ
How does this work?
We prepare all meals in Athens at the Gostijo Glatt Kosher restaurant. For most destinations, we will deliver your order directly to your hotel. You will need to notify the hotel in advance that you are expecting a package from us and provide us with the contact information of the person informed about the upcoming delivery. For some specific locations and days, direct delivery is not possible, but we can send the meals in alternative ways. We will notify and coordinate with you if applicable.
What are the alternative ways of delivering meals?
If direct delivery to your location is not possible, here are some alternative ways to send the orders:
- For island destinations, we can send the meals with the ferry from the port of Piraeus in a Styrofoam box with ice packs. You (or someone from the hotel) can pick them up from the port when the ferry arrives. Please note that you must be there on time as the ferry stays at the port for a limited time.
- For mainland destinations, we can send the meals with the parcel service of the KTEL intercity bus. You (or someone from the hotel) can pick them up from the KTEL central bus station in your area.
Is there a delivery service every day?
Delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Jewish Holidays.
Can You Deliver Meals for a Few Days at Once?
Yes, to a certain extent. The meals can stay fresh for 2-3 days in a refrigerator. If you wish to order meals for more days, it is recommended you should schedule more deliveries.
Can You Deliver to Villas, Apartments, Airbnb?
